Group Therapy


Group therapy provides a unique place to gain support from others who may feel very similarly to you.  In groups, you will have the opportunity to practice engaging in new ways with supportive others so that you can bring these skills to your life.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy is an evidenced based treatment that focuses on helping you control moods and impulses, deal with distress, and manage relationships. In this DBT informed group, members will learn clear and specific skills to improve their lives.
